We have been going to EP Auto for years, and even though we no longer live close we will often make the extra long drive out for bigger repairs or used vehicle inspections -- we trust them more than anyone else! They're always so honest and looking out for the customer's best interest.

I have used EP Auto for years. They are always honest and reliable. The communication is great. Recently I dropped off a vehicle on a Saturday. I was called by 8:10 am Monday morning to tell me the starter needed to be replaced. They called an hour later... My car was ready to be picked up! Years ago we brought a broken car to several other mechanics and none of them could diagnose or solve the problem. A friend recommended Eric Patton at EP Auto, stating they weren't the least expensive but he was fair and very honest. He figured out the car problem and fixed it. After 20 years and many auto services and repairs, I can say with confidence that has been my experience too. Eric is uncommonly fair and very honest! We only bring our automobiles to EP Auto. The dealership notified me that I’d need my car serviced for the alignment and brake system but I didn’t want to pay their prices so I brought it here and they said everything was fine except I was missing my transmission stick so they replaced that and only charged me for a bit of labor!
