EP Auto is incredibly honest and charges very reasonable prices for quality work. They looked at everything I requested, consulted with me and only performed the work that was needed. The appointment was about 10 days out, but all repairs and service were completed in two days. I will undoubtedly return for any auto work I need done in the future. I cannot emphasize enough how great it is to find an auto shop that acts with integrity and puts the customer first. Thank you, EP Auto!

EP is always honest with us on what needs done and has even told us a time or two something we thought needed fixed was not necessary at the time and didn't charge us. The work they do lasts and they do a great job. We have been using them for years and its always been a good experience.

I took a vehicle I’m considering purchasing, to get a Pre-purchase inspection done on it. Everyone there was extremely nice and helpful. They patiently answered all of my questions, gave me a detailed report, and went over each finding. When I showed the report to the dealership, they said they’ve had other people that used them and the reports were done well. If I lived in the area, I would absolutely use them to service my vehicle. Very happy with my experience at this shop!

You will not find a better mechanic in Orem. This place came recommended by a family friend that has been going there for 15 years. EP Auto is trustworthy and fair in their pricing. They know what they are doing. They took the time to explain everything that was going on with my car and charged a very reasonable price to fix it. I'm so glad we found them and I will be bringing all my vehicles here from now on!
