Steve was great to talk to on the phone! He asked specific probing questions to try to assess beforehand what needed to be done with my car. When o brought my car in, I was greeted by a friendly and hardworking staff. They were great to call me again once they looked at my car and gave me simple and understandable information of what was needed and clear expectations. Car repairs are never fun and always pricey, however, they were very transparent for the cost of my repairs and gave me the exact amount due prior to coming in. I definitely appreciate the transparency, non-time wasting, and genuine service!

I believe EP Auto is a solid choice for American-made vehicles and basic repairs on European cars. However, my experience with them regarding our BMW was not positive. They incorrectly diagnosed an engine smoking issue, leading us to spend $1,530 on unnecessary valve cover replacements. Additionally, they initially quoted me $800 for another repair, only to raise the price to $1,500 just before starting the work. Thankfully, I decided to take the car to Kapp European Auto for a proper diagnosis and repair. I understand that it’s challenging to be proficient in every make and model, so my advice for BMW owners is to seek out a shop that specializes in BMWs.

I had a 2006 Lexus GS 300 that was jerking on downshift and upshift. Took it to a transmission shop, and the dealer, both said it needed a new ECM module and a new transmission. The funny thing is Lexus didn't even look at their own technical bulletins. EP auto was fantastic! They found the technical bulletin indicating the ECM was the issue. They installed and reprogrammed a new ECM and the car is good to go! If I would have listened to the transmission shop, or the dealer, I would've spent 6k on a new transmission unnecessarily! So glad I found these guys!
