The team at EP do great work!

We brought our car in because we thought we had an oil leak. EP said they didn't see anything wrong and it was completely fine. I took a look at the oil level myself after I picked it up from them and it was absolutely dry. I took it to Valvoline who told me the filter cap was hardly screwed on and it had been leaking oil the entire week or so prior. Reality is we didn't have a leak until right after we picked up the vehicle from EP after they put on new brakes and rotors on the front of our vehicle. We had to bring our car back in the day after they worked on the brakes because they had something else they didn't put back on right that was causing a terrible sound on the front of the car. Not a good experience. Very unfriendly associate at the front when I came in all 3 times as well...

Call to schedule the appointment comma met with a nice fella to talk with me for a second joked around. got my appointment scheduled. Couple days before my appointment I forgot about what time and what day it was so I called again same nice guy helped me out and it was a super clean and good experience car got done in the day and everything so sweet

The three things that I needed done to the car were done well.

Normally I really like EP Auto, but this time it felt a bit like too many cooks in the kitchen- not communicating clearly with me or each other. The problem I needed solved wasn’t fixed, either. Granted, it comes and goes, so I respect the fact that they didn’t experience the issue in the short time it was there. Anyway, I hope next time is better. They’ve always felt very honest and generous in the past.
