Chase was great and so helpful at the front desk ep helped me get my car running like brand new! So professional!

They were very nice and got the work done quickly. I was told by another shop that it was a big expensive repair but it wasn’t. Felt like they were fair and honest.

EP Auto earned my trust back. After poor installation of brake pads and rotors from an employee who no longer works there, they quickly repaired the issue at no cost and apologized for having the problem in the first place. Great customer service and doing the right thing.

I have trust issues with mechanics. E&P has proven honest to me for several years now. This last trip they code is pulled said I needed a new turbocharger. They rechecked it and said I just needed a clean up and refresher. Could of hung me for couple of grand, did the job for 225. Excellent service.
