EP Auto earned my trust back. After poor installation of brake pads and rotors from an employee who no longer works there, they quickly repaired the issue at no cost and apologized for having the problem in the first place. Great customer service and doing the right thing.

I have trust issues with mechanics. E&P has proven honest to me for several years now. This last trip they code is pulled said I needed a new turbocharger. They rechecked it and said I just needed a clean up and refresher. Could of hung me for couple of grand, did the job for 225. Excellent service.

The best mechanic I’ve ever been to. They are amazing to work with- always honest with pricing and quick once you get your car in. Even with their booked schedule they were willing to see me for an emergency appointment. Will always recommend them!

They communicate well, and let me know the price ahead of time. Their prices are great and they don’t do work unless it is needed.

Best mechanic there is. We had an issue with our van. They gave us an honest assessment without charging us anything. Most other mechanics charge you for diagnostics. Really impressed with this place and will be bringing all my cars here in the future!

Called them because they have a good reputation amongst my friends in the same industry. Called them to see if by chance they could get me in same day knowing it was a long shot and they made it work. Seemed to do a good job as well. Fair pricing
