Ep auto went above and beyond for me and my daughter. My daughter, who is there for school, was stranded just up the road from their shop. I had the tow truck drop it off over the busy holiday weekend. On Monday I called to explain I left the car there hoping they could fit it in. I’m so grateful it was done by Tuesday. They got the work done fast knowing she was there alone and now with no car. I really appreciate that they cared and help us quickly. 10 out of 10

EP Auto is 10 stars! I was traveling from out of state, my car overheated, I googled mechanics near me. It was 3:35p, I called EP Auto - they were booked solid but they told me to come by, in 10 minutes they diagnosed my issue, parts ordered and installed by 4:40p. To me, this was a God thing. Service was thorough and exceptional, everyone beyond courteous and nice - they had no room and they made room. Service like that almost doesn’t exist anymore. Thank you EP Auto!!

Excellent service from the moment we called to make the appointment! They were so organized that we got in and got out in the snap of a finger and still got the car that day just a few hours later even though they added in an oil change. I’m so impressed! Super honest, hard working, good people.

I never thought my AC would ever work again but I was pleasantly surprised when it started blowing cold air just in time for the hottest day of the summer. EP Auto was kind, fair, and timely with great communication. They were extremely transparent with the cost of the parts and labor up front at a way better price than anywhere else we could have gone. They even noticed another issue and drafted up the specific parts I would need to fix the issue and the cost without the pressure of needing them to do it. I was really happy with the service I received and the amount of transparency. I highly recommend this location.
