I was referred by my fiancé to go see Skyler. I worked with Mike and Eric and was treated like a friend or family. I never told them that I was referred to them by a friend, but I was treated with the utmost care. They were super fast. Even though they looked like they were very busy. They fixed my problem right away.

This is the only honest mechanic left in Utah county does amazing work at fair prices if there is a wait it is worth it in spades. He is not a shyster in anyway if it doesn’t need fixed, he won’t say it does last of the good ones.

I got stuck in Orem after a funeral because the ECU in my car crapped out. Even though they were logged solid they were good enough to work me in so I could get back to Wyo. Price was very good! Eric is either caring or did not want me to become a Utah resident. I highly recommend E P auto. Thanks Eric.

The shop seems to have good reviews, so I took my car there to have the shift gear issue checked. I already knew what the problem was; I just didn't have the time to fix it myself. They called me saying the repair estimate would be over $500, which I declined. Afterwards, they charged me $80 for a diagnostic fee that WAS NEVER DISCLOSED BEFOREHAND. I complained because they had not informed me about this diagnostic fee. I don't mind paying for good service, but in this case, the service was not good — not even at the diagnostic stage — and the quote to fix a very simple issue was exorbitant. I'm not suggesting they were dishonest, but it is extremely important to know upfront if there will be any diagnostic fees. My recommendation: when it comes to Orem, it is essential to choose automotive repair shops very carefully. It has become very difficult to find good ones, and unfortunately, I do not recommend this one at all.
