If I could give zero stars I would. Steve with EP is a crook. He sold us his personal car two weeks ago. The car shook slightly when we were test driving it. I asked Steve about it and he said it was normal and everything was fine. Two weeks later another mechanic tells us that the shaking is due to the engine being bad, low oil pressure. We then contacted Steve and told him what we found out. Steve didn't even offer to look at the engine. He just said, "There is nothing I can do." He didn't apologize, nothing. Steve is either a very bad mechanic and doesn't know cars or a crook, either way. BEWARE of EP and Steve.

EP Auto has always been my go to for all of my car needs. The mechanics are experts. They are the most honest mechanics, and always try their best to work with any and all customers. I've never trusted anyone more.

They told me they were too busy and they didn't want to do the repair on my vehicle. Bummer, I hear they do good work.

This place is amazing!! I brought my car in late on a Friday afternoon for a transmission control issue without calling in advance. One of the guys said they wouldn't be able to look at it until Wednesday but a couple hours after I left the shop they called and told me they were able to take a look at it and had the issue diagnosed and a quote ready. I was stoked, especially because another shop held my car for over a week before even looking at it! EP got the parts ordered and had all of it fixed within 1 week! I am a girl in her early 20's and know nothing about cars and everyone at the shop was so sweet, I did not once feel that they were taking advantage of me or my lack of knowledge. I don't think I will take my car anywhere else but EP! Shoutout Skyler for doing the work! You guys are awesome!!

EP Auto has always been my first choice in mechanic work for my vehicles. They are very quick and efficient, but also always get the job done. They have fixed several issues on my vehicles over the years including engine issues and even a broken power window mechanism. I highly recommend EP Auto to anyone looking to get some work done on a vehicle, who are looking for an honest mechanic who will do the job right.
