I first thought I needed a new transmission and my car said it was the camshaft. Both had me worried. The gentlemen at EP Auto did a thorough diagnosis and found I just needed a much smaller piece replacement. They’re affordable, dependable and kind. I highly recommend EP Auto in Orem.

I have been coming here for years, the folks here have never done me wrong. I recently had them replace a power steering line and after getting my car back the original problem resurfaced within a day. I gave them a call and they got my car back in the shop quickly and fixed the error with no additional charge. Mistakes happen but they took care of me, this shop is run with honestly and integrity.

Great service and pricing. But most importantly, people I trust!

Their overall customer service is great. I feel like they are reasonable to work with. They did try their best to meet my needs and concerns. However my vehicle is old and has a lot of miles on it. It is doing weird stuff driving it longer than six hours. Like the Transmission over heating.Two trips to California in between transmission services still acted the same way. I dont fault them since I believe they tried everything they could to pinpoint the problem. I blame my old car not them. Hopefully if this does it to me a third time I can have more info for them to work with. I still trust EP auto more than dealerships.

In spite of the 'holiday crush', Eric managed to squeeze my wheels into the shop. Taking into account the age and condition of my SUV, I was on the road again without feeling like I'd been overcharged for non-essential repairs.

They were able to quickly get my part in they were great to work with. The car was clean and repaired fast. My only problem was originally I asked how much it would be and they told me the cost of the part but not the total repair so when I picked up my car I was a little blindsided on the additional cost. Just make sure when you get a quote that it's for the full thing, other than that it was a great company to work with.
