Simply the best, most competent, most informed, easiest to deal with car repair shop. Was first there back in 1996 or so, moved out of state, to several other cities, and am now back in the area. Took my RV in today for service and they still had my records from September 4th 1998 when it had 17,000 miles on it (it's over 273,000 today). Glad to be back where I know and trust a long-time, successful car repair expert. Am taking the rest of my "fleet" of vehicles in for delayed maintenance over the next few weeks and actually looking forward to it!

This place is amazing! Went in for a pre-purchase inspection and they were very thorough and it was complimentary. 20 min later the car I was test drivings Clutch went out and I contacted this shop because I'm not from around here and asked to speak with Eric who had done my inspection and I offered to pay him to come take a quick look and tell us what had happened where we had broke down. He came to us, told us what was wrong, I offered to pay him but he denied it. I know who I'm going to from now on.

I originally took my car to E P Auto years ago. They provided a diagnosis which was inexpensive which another another repair place did not have, Later Eric diagnosed correctly a problem at which even the dealer was unable to do. E P Auto is completely honest and incredibly competent. I have depended on them for years and never been disappointed. Their recommendations have always been excellent and practical - honest analysis and the lowest cost way to repair problems. You usually have to make a non-emergency appointment a week or two in advance. I now have a son who lives in the area going to E P Auto. Highly recommend!

Our daughter's car stalled on the freeway and was towed to a dealer who gave us a $2,600 quote. We live in a Georgia and working remotely connected with Eric at EP who looked at the same vehicle and made the repairs for about $900. Honest, fast and local. Highly recommend EP.

Best place to get your auto repair. They are a local ma and pa store. They care about you and the actual services you need. Not your typical jiffy lube who try to up sell you every time you get an oil change. Honest family owned company I come here every time I need help. More should use their services.

I am not from the Orem area, but was in town to purchase a vehicle. I had narrowed it down to two Hondas and wanted a mechanic to look at the options. I found EP Auto online, looked over the reviews, and gave them a call. They were kind and explained that they could do a quick check free of charge. I took both vehicles in, they completed a quick, but comprehensive check of both vehicles and gave me an opinion on which they thought was best. I attempted to offer them compensation, but they did not take it. They were also very busy. That is ALWAYS a good sign when shopping around for a mechanic.

My car caught on Fire!!!!! The worst decision I ever made. E P installed a new engine incorrectly. My car was filthy, I was charged $20 shop fee for cleaning supply's, the check engine light was on and 25 miles later it caught on FIRE!! I had to convince the owner to fix his mistake. Do your self a favor and stay away.
