I haven't lived in Utah for 8 years, however EP Auto is my go-to for all of my car repairs. I try to bring my car in every time I visit. I trust them 100% and have never been unsatisfied with the work.

Have used EP auto probably 10 times. My family has used ep auto for years. The only time I take my car to another shop. They show me the part that ep "replaced" total crap. Just paid to get my bearing replaced. They never actually replaced it. It cost me hundreds of dollars in other damages by never replacing the part. HORRIBLE I will let everyone I know never to take a car here. Including my family who has been loyal customers for years.

They quoted me 700 but repairs ended up being 900. Ripped me off on prices for parts. Told me it was going to cost 75 dollars more but ended up being 170. Don't really trust them anymore because they did not meet expectations. Try to find a more honest dealer before going here.

My family has been using this shop for years. Honest mechanics who care about you and your vehicle. Good prices on work too. I won't take my car anywhere else.

E P AUTO is so honest! I have been taking my cars there ever since I have had cars basically. I literally just took it in to get my heater fixed, and they said it was pretty easy so they didn't even charge me for it! They have had so many opportunities to charge me for things in the past, and I wouldn't of thought twice and paid them. They have never once taken advantage of that. I will forever go to E P Auto, and I am constantly telling my story and getting others to go there because everyone should go there and give E P AUTO all of their money for a job very well done!
