First and foremost-- great experience. They did a great job to my knowledge. I enjoyed working with them because the service was swift and professional. I would easily give 5 stars because I believe they earned it. I thought it to be odd that they said my issue was because of something that was not existing in the time of the accident. For example, they confidently said my issue was because I had too much oil in my car. Now, I believe them to be honest; HOWEVER, I had the issue 3 weeks prior and every time I drove my car since. The night before I gave it to them; I put new oil in to top it off (explains why there was too much oil). So, unlikely my car was dumping smoke out of the exhaust due to an event that happened 3 weeks after the initial issue.

They are honest! I’ve come here for years and they never made me do a service I didn’t need. Always a good price. I always have many questions and they have taught many things about cars. They always explain my questions with much detail! Excellent! It’s the only one around here I trust.

I have been taking my vehicles here for about fifteen years. Everything from a 1994 make to a 2016. From American made to Asian. They've impressed me with their expertise and friendly professionalism. My vehicles are kept running and my wallet hardly feels any lighter for it. They have my loyalty.

The last Honest repair shop! I hesitate to share how great this shop is because they may get too busy 😊 EP has consistently saved me money and done a great job fixing problems with our cars.
