This was my first time using EP Auto, but definitely not my last! At first, I tried another mechanic that was closer to my home. After them over charging, having my car for days and still not getting me answers- I picked up my car and left very frustrated. I mention this because I felt taken advantage of and discouraged at finding a fair mechanic. But then I found EP auto and am SO grateful I did. I made an appointment for a couple days later, but when my car died- EP Auto took it even earlier than planned. They got it in that day, ordered the parts and had it all fixed and back to me the next day. They were kind, they were fair and I trusted them with all they did. They will forever be my mechanic here in Orem and I will recommend them to anyone!
