There are many reasons EP has my business for life: 1. The staff are incredible. 2. Repairs are always done right. 3. Prices quoted tend to be high estimates or dead on, so you are always aware ahead of time what to expect. 4. They own mistakes, even in situations outside of their control (finding used/rebuilt parts for replacements that wouldn't be economically sound i.e. transmission with unforeseen issues) I strongly believe you absolutely must have top quality and trustworthiness in your mechanic and your lawyer, and with ep I can say that I do.

Finally found honest mechanics! They were great working on my audi, Skylar kept in good contact and informed me if there were any changes. Quality work done at fair prices!

Would not give me any information. Said they didn't store anything in the computer.

Zachary, we are sorry that we didn't meet your expectations. There must have been a miscommunication because we do keep all of our records in a secure and encrypted database dating back to our founding in 1992. If you were looking for a record under your name there are none, I double checked and we have not had you as a customer, at least not under your name. If you had a vehicle listed under another name or you were asking about another customer then we wouldn't release any information to you, since our privacy policy is very strict, we do not release any information about a vehicle or a customer unless that customer has given us permission or there are legal reasons for releasing it. We had it towed there and charged it to Ep to take care of with the repair bill, my car ended up starting up just fine for them. They didnt charge be for anything even the tow!! Amazing people. Thank you.
