Superb service! Amazingly honest guys! Took my Civic in because it's been overheating. They looked into it and found that the AF was low. They also did diagnostic testing (which I was told on the phone would cost $47) to check if the gasket was leaking on the radiator. The radiator failed the test, but he said it should still be drivable, just keep an eye on the AF levels. Anywhere else would have tried to make me fix the radiator right then. All this, and they charged me $0! Super great, friendly, honest guys. I will be taking ALL of my cars here from now on.

Amazingly Honest. These guys don't pull any of the crap that typically mechanic shops do, they always call me for permission before fixing things that we didn't explicitly talk about, they are always honest in terms of saying things like "This part is in pretty bad shape, I'd recommend fixing it while were in there, but its not entirely critical so its up to you..." I Love that! These guys are seriously the best, and I've never once felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. Awesome.

Always honest. They are also very dependable. One thing is they are very busy so it's tough to sometimes get in, but they are definitely worth the wait!

Simply the best, most competent, most informed, easiest to deal with car repair shop. Was first there back in 1996 or so, moved out of state, to several other cities, and am now back in the area. Took my RV in today for service and they still had my records from September 4th 1998 when it had 17,000 miles on it (it's over 273,000 today). Glad to be back where I know and trust a long-time, successful car repair expert. Am taking the rest of my "fleet" of vehicles in for delayed maintenance over the next few weeks and actually looking forward to it!

This place is amazing! Went in for a pre-purchase inspection and they were very thorough and it was complimentary. 20 min later the car I was test drivings Clutch went out and I contacted this shop because I'm not from around here and asked to speak with Eric who had done my inspection and I offered to pay him to come take a quick look and tell us what had happened where we had broke down. He came to us, told us what was wrong, I offered to pay him but he denied it. I know who I'm going to from now on.
