I have used these guys for several years and they are the best. I cannot tell you how many times I have brought in a car for something small and they send me away without costing me a thing. They are very honest. I always recommend them to all I meet.

I hesitate to write a review because it will likely increase the time to get a car in to be serviced, but EP Auto is by far the best place to take your car. I took a Ford Explorer in after a few estimates from other shops because of a whining noise. The other shops suggested several thousans of dollars for repair and EP Auto made the repairs for no cost. It wasn't an easy process as Eric and his mechanics tries multiple fixes. There were several fuel pumps, power steering pumps, and finally a bushing or joint connection( i don't know much about cars), but EP Auto finally found the issue fixed it and said that it was no charge for the repair. The pain needed to find the problem and the challenge to fix a unique issue was payment enough for the shop and the let me go with no charge. Seriously?! Who does that? They did ask me to never bring the car back because it would likely trigger PTSD, but due to the time required to fix the issue they did the repair for no cost. Most shops would charge all those hours in labor but EP counted diagnostic hours as credit for the repair. Without a doubt they are the best shop in the Valley, State, and likely the World.

EP Auto Repair have always been honest with us. We have been bringing our cars to them for the last 8 years. On several occasions they could have taken advantage of us when we thought it was something more serious but they have repeatedly been honest and showed us what the problem really was. From simple things like a loose cable to needing a new engine, we have always been taken care of. EP Auto will continue to have our business! Thanks Eric, Ben and the gang!

I have taken my car there a few times now. They are honest, they don't over-charge, and don't try to get you to do 10 other things while they have your car there. I live in Lehi, and these guys are a little far, but even if I lived in Ogden I'd do my best to get my car to these guys! These guys are fantastic!

This mechanic shop was recommend to me by a friend's father who has been going there since the 90s. I have been using them for small repairs and maintenance for 3-4 years. They are very honest and the customer service is A grade. I know a decent amount about how an automobile operates and they have never taken advantage of me. Excellent shop and I highly recommend them!

I love EP Auto!. Eric and Ben are as honest as they come. I've taken my cars there for over 10 years now, and they are always fantastic. My first experience sold me on their honesty. I was having problems with my car over heating, and was dead broke at the time. I took it to three different mechanics to try and find a place in which I could afford to get it fixed. All of them quoted me $600.00 - $800.00, which was well out of my budget . I took it to EP, Eric fixed it for $60.00 and it ran great! It said it was just a simple adjustment that any of the other mechanics should have easily been able to do. It's hard to find an honest mechanic, and I will never go anywhere else. I tell everyone I can about EP auto.

This company is amazing at what they do, they do excatly what you ask for and as they are working on youre car they will let you know other issues that you would want to know with youre car they wont fix it unless you say so which is awesome. The best thing about them is their prices very affordable they understand how expensive parts can be and time so they do their best for you on that. Also time is awesome as well they call you within couple of hours letting you know whats going on. Place is great go here to get you're car fixed.

My wife and I have been taken by so many mechanics over the years. 2 years ago we were referred to EP Auto. We treated their techs with our typical suspicion, which they handled well. They told us they were sure they knew was was wrong and quoted us a price that was lower then the cost of the part alone! They fixed the car in just a couple hours and it worked perfectly. I've been back for every car problem since and they deliver they same excellence every time. Best Auto shop in Orem hands down!
