I always have a great experience here. Two times that I came here, I couldn’t pick up my car during open hours. So they locked the keys in the car and I unlocked it with my spare key whenever I could pick it up.

EP always treats us with respect and honesty. We've never had problems with their repairs.

They've done a great job with our cars and have been very upfront about cost of repairs, but recently they seem overwhelmed and you can't get an appointment within a week.

Great service, honest mechanics, and good rates. My family has been coming here for a long time. Eric and staff have always treated us well and done great work. I brought my car in for a tune up. It didn't need the tune up but they diagnosed the rear brake problem I was having and fixed it. I appreciated their phone call telling me what they needed to fix and the price it would be. I will always bring my car to them.

They were very good at communicating how long it would take to look at our car, order parts and repair it. They are very busy. So, we couldn’t get in right away, but once they had it, they were very prompt. Good customer service. They came highly recommended.

I've always had good service and never felt like I was overcharged.
