I had a dealer diagnose an electrical issue in my Prius and insist that I needed an expensive part before they could conclude their diagnosis. I decided to have it looked at by someone else before proceeding. I called several places before I called EP Auto, including some recommended by friends, but none thought they could diagnose or fix my Prius's electrical issue, and many recommended I use the dealer. EP Auto was simply another place on my list that I expected to decline. I was ecstatic when Eric told me that he was confident that they could fix it. Like the dealer, EP Auto initially identified the same part as problematic the dealer did, but was willing to investigate further and found that a different part had failed, which fails much less frequently and which costs much less. They replaced the part and resolved the issue within a few days and fixed a few other minor problems as well. The entire cost of the repair ended up being less than the cost of the part the dealer needed to continue diagnosis. In all, I am very happy with my experience with EP Auto and will definitely work with them again when my cars need repair.

EP auto is the place to go for honest, reliable car care and repair. I have been going to Eric and Steve for years. They’ve worked on 2 Audis, Toyota Sienna, Rav4 and a Suzuki forenza. They are always on time, upfront and honest. I think the most memorable repair was on the Sienna. We had a specialist who is a mechanic at a high end Toyota dealership diagnose a front wheel vibration as $1200 job. I took it to EP and it was a loose axle nut they fixed in 10 minutes and charged me nothing. I don’t go anywhere else for car repairs because I trust them. Trust is a rare and valuable thing, especially today. These guys are the best. No substitutes.
