Orem Auto Repair

I have never met a more honest and caring auto shop in all my life. They have treated me as if I am a family member. The first time I met them I was told by another auto shop that it would cost $1300 to fix my issue. They took a look at it and did a couple things within seconds and fixed the problem. They didn't even charge me a penny. I have gone in multiple times since and they continue to be absolutely honest with whatever needs to be done. I don't know these guys. I only know them from going in from time to time. I have recommended everyone I know to them and they have felt the same way about their honesty and service. I now recommend them to you. Hats off to you EP Auto, you are a class act!!

They did a great job replacing the struts on my car. Just finished a 900 mile drive and felt a lot safer than I would have with the old struts.

I was very disappointed with my last visit to EP Auto. They did not seem to care whether I brought my car there or not. They could not seem to fix a minor emissions issue. They told me to go drive 30 miles and come back & they would test it. I drove from their location in Orem to Draper and back. When I got there, someone besides Eric used some portable device to test it again & it still did not pass emissions. When I asked if they could make some mechanical adjustments to the mixture and test it again, he said no, I just needed to drive it some more. I said "how much?". He said "maybe a hundred miles or more". I was incredulous and frustrated that with all the work EP does and all the test and other equipment they have that they couldn't fix this. I left EP and drove over to Jiffy Lube where they promptly tested my emissions and the car passed. I purchased my DMV registration and left. I wasted 2 UBER rides back & forth to EP while my 1999 Camry sat in their lot. I'm going to try a higher-rated auto repair place in town next time, like Doug's Auto. I'm willing to pay for quality service and customer satisfaction.

I haven't lived in Utah for 8 years, however EP Auto is my go-to for all of my car repairs. I try to bring my car in every time I visit. I trust them 100% and have never been unsatisfied with the work.

Wonderful honest mechanics.

Have used EP auto probably 10 times. My family has used ep auto for years. The only time I take my car to another shop. They show me the part that ep "replaced" total crap. Just paid to get my bearing replaced. They never actually replaced it. It cost me hundreds of dollars in other damages by never replacing the part. HORRIBLE I will let everyone I know never to take a car here. Including my family who has been loyal customers for years.
